1. Acceptance

By accessing or using senses.dhurta.org, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms govern your access to and use of Senses, including all media content, creator profiles, and platform features.

2. The platform

Senses is a curated media discovery platform. We provide:

• Access to curated visual and audio media
• Creator profiles and attribution information
• Personal organisation tools (likes, saves, collections)
• Discovery features (search, explore, personalisation)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

3. Permitted use

You may use Senses for personal, non-commercial discovery and enjoyment. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit platform content without appropriate licensing
• Scrape, mirror, or systematically download media or metadata
• Impersonate creators or misrepresent attribution
• Attempt to circumvent any technical measures of the platform
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws

4. Media licensing

Each media item on Senses carries its own license, set by the creator. The license type is displayed on every media page. Downloading or using media is subject to the specific license terms shown. Senses does not grant any rights beyond what the creator's chosen license allows. See the Licensing guide for details.

5. User-generated content

Comments and notes you write are stored locally in your browser and are not transmitted to our servers. You are solely responsible for the content of any notes or annotations you create.

6. Intellectual property

The Senses name, logo, design system, and platform code are owned by Dhurta.Org. Media content belongs to the respective creators. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Senses is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dhurta.Org shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Senses.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
